Back To PTA Training on August 6th

Save the date! Our annual "Back to PTA" training night will be August 6th. We'll cover topics like how to hold a membership campaign, treasurer basics, filing taxes, applying for PTA awards, boosting your volunteers and much more. Information coming early summer, but add the date to your calendar now. You won't want to miss!

Spring Awards Night

Please join us on April 19th at 6PM to celebrate all your hard work as a PTA. We will also honor our Rising Star and Self Esteem Winners. This year's Spring Awards Conference will be held at Longbranch Elementary School. All presidents have received an RSVP form via email. You are also welcome to call Becky Quigley, Awards Chair, to RSVP or to ask questions. Becky can be reached at 513-200-9535.

Annual Membership Report Due

The annual membership report is due on March 15th. Please send a copy to the 14th District PTA, along with a copy to the KY PTA.

March 15th PTA Awards Due

You deserve recognition for all your hard work this year!!! Check out the "Awards" section of Documents and Forms tab. The links will take you to an online version of the Forms section of the President's binder that you received this summer from the KY PTA.

For Example: Did you run a successful membership campaign this year? The form to apply for this award is on page 17 of the President's binder. Think you have an awesome PTA website? There's a form to apply for that award too!

All the award forms go to the KY PTA AND to the 14th District. Everything must be post marked by March 15th. The 14th District Awards Chair address is:

14th District PTA holds it's own contest and the winners will be announced at the Spring Conference on April 19th. KY PTA winners are announced at the Leadership/Convention in July.

Reflections Update

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Reflections Celebration on November 17th! We had a wonderful night honoring the students and enjoying their performances of what "Diversity means..." to them.
